    We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented Teammate to join our team as an Account Services Manager

    The Account Services Manager will support the growth and development of our customer relationships by managing and coaching our Account Services teams to build relationships locally and develop expertise in SSA landscape and SSDI business process. The Account Service Manager implements systems and processes that lead to increased referrals and stronger customer relationships, and ensure the execution of strategic and tactical customer initiatives. 



    • Lead an account team to acheive annual qualified leads, conversions, and first-tiem filings consistent with company goals
    • With guidance from the Vice President, Account Mangement, define, implement, and lead execution of a strategic account plan
    • Enusre proper tracking and measurement of the activiites and behaviors that drive qualified leads and encourage relationship-building at all levels of customers
    • Engage in consistent coaching, mentoring and performance management for account services teammates
    • With guidance from the Vice President, Account Mangement, establish standardized work processes for implementation, reporting, presentations, and process changes
    • Track relevant customer activities through designated tools and systems
    • Develop relationships for assigned accounts in support of the account strategy and track accordingly
    • Additional duties as assigned

    • Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage mulitple priorities and tasks appropriately with a focus on results
    • Demonstrated background of mentoring and coaching for performance
    • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with well-defined deadlines and expectations
    • Ability to analyze data and implement appropriate solutions consistent with driving customer value
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to produce reports, electronic presentations, and manage appropriate electronic media
    • Demonstrated background of being detail-oriented and resourceful
    • Exhibiting a high level of interpersonal skills
    • Ability to speak confidently in group settings

    • Visual: Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:  preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading.
